[[Yaniv] is a transgender person identifying as a woman. She testified that she wanted to
validate her identity as female. She saw an online advertisement for hair cutting and styling services placed by a stylist who worked for Hot Mess Salon.
The result is that [Yaniv] has failed to prove discrimination on the basis of her transgender status. The Complaint is dismissed.
This is important because Dr Yaniv has stated that they will NOT pay the court-ordered settlement to the Aestheticians from whom he was trying to extort settlements. Given that there is now an enforceable payment order, so the Waxers will be putting a Lien against this title.
The owner of the mortgage is First National Financial, and is held by the proxy of Computershare Trust Company of Canada. The legal costs for Yaniv v Treatment Table will wipe this out.
CSO-VLC-S-L-190456 | This capture comes from the KiwiFarms, and as somebody on there posited, it looks like as Dr Yaniv has been preoccupied with propersecuting Mr Donald Francis Smith, Counsel for the Waxologists, Jay Cameron has secured the court's endorsement of his Enforcement order we posted about earlier in November.
And as a follow-up, we've mirrored an article about Contempt of Court and its likely consequences. Wasn't Yaniv bragging about how he had orchestrated prosecution of Mr Donald Francis Smith for breaching the order of a lower court?
Here's the present COR for Mr Donald Francis SMITH, accused of a Criminal Harassment (Stalking) and Mischief (Public Interference). He is bound by seven (7) conditions, and Dr J. Jonathan YANIV, PhD recently made the initial utterance that he had filed an application to add 7 charges on Vancouver Law Courts Docket #28939 R. v SMITH, Donald (2019), presumably these were breaches...
CSO-VLC-S-S-1914076 | Donald filed his Notice of Claim on Dec12, Yaniv purports to have completed his Dec13, but they were merged with respective limited fee waivers on Dec16. Thus, Yaniv's claim was filed and logged as a Counterclaim on docket #1914076.
there may be a different lawyer in my office that you're looking for, I think that there's another lawyer.. you're right, Mr Yaniv as you say, or Ms Yaniv as he says, she says, has a bunch of litigation matters before the Court and Human Rights Tribunal.. I can't unfortunately give you any information cuz the file that I'm involved with is confidential, and has not been released, so it's not a court matter before the courts.. I can't confirm or deny anything about that, but what I'll tell you is, I'm of exactly the same opinion as you.
